Well we could be allies but that army had been closed for almost a year now. Ever since, we moved to the name: RPA. Royal Penguin Arsenal www.rparoyalpenguinarsenalw.wordpress.com. I also lead Club Penguin's largest alliance. The Club Penguin United Nations. www.clubpenguinunitednations.wordpess.com. We have gone against the ANTA which includes the big 5. (ACP, Nachos, UMA, etc.). Now we have 30 armies in our list. You could join! Please come. No time to talk much. See yah there!
